Tankesmedjan is a Swedish radio program, and the word directly translated to English means “Thought forge”. It is a program where the hosts choose a current topic. Then they talk about it and try to approach the problem in as many ways as possible to come up with the best solution.
With my design I wanted to illustrate the hosts conversation and the way they process their thought to come up with a solution. The design shows that the path from the question you ask yourself to the solution is not a straight line.
I wanted to make a poster based on innovative typography, and show how great the result can be if you make something with your hands, and set aside the computer for a while. To prove my theory, I used 90 needles and a cord over 5 metres to capture their one hour conversation.
